Our school celebrated Karnataka Rajyotsava with immense pride and patriotic fervor on Saturday, November 1, 2025, marking the 70th anniversary of the state's formation. The event commenced with the soulful rendition of the state anthem, "Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate". Students, teachers, and staff, many dressed in traditional attire or the state's colors, gathered to honor the rich cultural heritage and linguistic unity of Karnataka.The cultural program was a vibrant showcase of local talent, featuring traditional and patriotic dances, songs, and speeches that highlighted the state's rich history, notable achievements, and the contributions of its eminent personalities.The Chief Guest, Shri Shrishail Neelgund, spoke about the richness of Karnataka's history and ways to preserve our language and state, making it unique in India.The celebration successfully instilled a deep sense of pride and belonging in the young minds, reminding everyone of the importance of preserving and promoting the unique spirit and language of Karnataka.

Chinmaya Spoorthi(Annual Sports Meet)

The Annual Sports Meet at Chinmaya English Primary School commenced on October 31, 2025, transforming the school grounds into a vibrant arena of energy and enthusiasm. The event kicked off with a grand and colourful opening ceremony, where students in their distinct house uniforms marched proudly to the rhythmic beat of the school band, a display of discipline and unity. The school flag was hoisted, and the spirit of sportsmanship was further kindled with the traditional lighting of the Olympic torch, symbolizing passion and victory. This was followed by the oath-taking ceremony, where participants pledged to uphold the values of fair play, honesty, and respect for the rules.The Chief Guest, Shri Shivanand Gundar (Taluk Physical Education Officer), delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the importance of sports in fostering teamwork, discipline, and overall development.The release of balloons into the sky officially declared the sports meet open, setting the stage for a day of fierce yet friendly competition across various track and field events. The atmosphere was electric with cheers from parents, teachers, and students, all contributing to the memorable start of the day.

Hindi Saptah

From September 14 to September 19, 2025, a week-long "Hindi Saptah" programme was organized to honor and promote the Hindi language, marking the day Hindi was adopted as an official language of the Union of India in 1949. The event was celebrated with great enthusiasm, featuring a variety of cultural and educational activities designed to highlight the historical significance and cultural value of Hindi. The week included competitions such as debates, essay writing, and storytelling in Hindi, encouraging participants to appreciate their linguistic heritage and actively use the language. The program served as a valuable reminder of Hindi's role in national unity and identity, fostering a sense of pride among all attendees.
