    Founder’s Day

    The school observed the Founder’s Day on 4th of June like every year, by paying regards to those eminent figures who played important role in the laying the foundation of our school Chinmaya Vidyalaya. Swad, A School with a difference. The real mind behind the starting of this school was Late Dr.S.S.Gore who vision and mission of spreading value-based education came to be true with the strength of 26 students and one teacher and today it has reached to the strength of 3000 students and more than 200 teachers. Today he may not be there to celebrate the glory of his dream but every chinmitee has put one’s head and soul to nurture his sown seed to became a banyan tree.

    The school started its new academic year 2025-26 by performing Shri. Satyanarayana Pooja in the premises of CBSE wing. The needed arrangements were made by the management on 28th May and every member of the Chinmaya institution took part in this auspicious occasion which was led Mrs Ratna kulkarni. The Pooja was performed by shri. Ramanand and Smt. Bhuvaneshwari Navada (Principal). Everyone seeked the blessings of God. After Pooja the Maha Prasad was arranged by the management for all.

    Vigyan Anveshana (Science Education Course)

    Our school organized Vigyan Anveshana, a science education course, exclusively for 7th-standard students. The program aimed to ignite scientific knowledge and encourage students to develop problem-solving skills. The validity program was held in the auditorium on March 4th. A student from the 7th standard, Swarit Hongal, shared his views on the importance of scientific research and experimentation. The principal appreciated the participating students by distributing certificates. In her concluding remarks, the principal emphasized the significance of promoting scientific inquiry and critical thinking among students. The Vigyan Anveshana program seeks to: 1) Foster scientific curiosity and creativity 2) Encourage students to participate in research projects 3) Develop problem-solving skills and critical thinking 4) Promote a deeper understanding of scientific concepts and principles.
