    Aradhana Day

    On 3rd of August, Aradhana Day was observed in our School.The programme started with prayer in the assembly. Flowers were offered by our Principal Ma’am-Bhuvaneshwari N to Gurudev. Gurubhajans were rendered by the students of std VIII. A tribute to our Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandji was offered by the students through a speech. Students of std VIII & IX presented a review of Gurudev’s Life-his profession & Spiritual journey and Samadhi on this auspicious day the importance of “Seva “ was explained by the students .”EK MUTTHI CHAWAL” was offered by the students .The programme was concluded with Shanthi Mantra.

    International Tree Day

    As we all know ,trees play a vital role in maintaining the ecological balance of our planet, & it is our responsibility to protect & preserve them.The students of std II, III, IV & VII had participated in the programme.Speech,english poem on trees,hindi song & kannada song was performed by students & made the programme cheerful.Charts with uses of trees were drawn colorfully & displayed .The children were dressed with leaves as trees & the programme was filled with Greenary & appreciated the beauty & benefits of trees.This event encourages everyone to plant trees & enjoy the outdoors,planting a tree connects us to nature & each other.

    Guru Purnima Celebration

    The programme started with the invocation song followed by welcome & introduction of Swami Krutatmanandji. Chinmaya trustees Naidu sir & Murthy sir honoured Swamiji by presenting fruits & Gurudakshina. Prize winning speech was delivered by the winner.And then Ratna tr helped the students of class X to perform Paduka Pooja.Guru bhajans were sung after the pooja.Various competitions were conducted on account of Guru Poornima & the winners were awarded with prizes.After the prize distributions,vote of thanks was proposed.The children then received Aashirvachana from Pujya Swamiji.Swamiji told about the importance of discipline in student’s life. He said that Ved Vyasa created syllabus according to the ability of the disciples.
