    International Yoga Day

    "On June 21, 2024, we celebrated International Yoga Day. This global event was initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote yoga worldwide. At our institution, we marked this occasion with enthusiasm. Our physical education teachers, Devendra Hugar, Mallappa Lamani, Barkesh sir, Yashodha Pattanshetty, led the sessions. Mrs. Arundhati Nayak and Mrs.Bhuvneshwari Nawada also graced the event. The children were introduced to the basics of yoga through the Surana Maskara technique. To spark their interest, our instructors also taught them a variety of engaging standing and sitting asanas, making yoga a fun and accessible experience. Our teachers shared the importance and benefits of yoga with the children, emphasizing how incorporating it into their daily lives can lead to a brighter and more successful future.

    Investiture Ceremony

    A Platform to identify & recognize the leadership qualities among the students. Programme:One of the historical programme,organized in the school at the beginning of the academic year.Prior to that elections were conducted for class X ,who contested for various posts/Portfolio’s. Investiture Ceremony started with the the Invocation song by the choir group. The elected leaders were conferred with the tag badges by the chief guest-Arvind Shiggaon(Indian navy retd.) & Principal Ma’am. The event ended with vote of thanks ,photo session ,cheering & motivating the newly elected leaders in the Auditorium.

    Two days workshop was conducted by Swami Adityanandji on 15/6/24 & 16/6/24 on Chinmaya Vision Programme.The day started with the invocation song by Mukambika tr.Swamiji was honoured by the school management.Swamiji touched all the aspects of Chinmaya Vision Programme in detail with examples. Two hours video of Dr Karjagi,enlightened the teachers .On the second day teachers gave a demo on the lesson with the CVP Values.The teachers were given a few tips on connecting CVP with their subjects in a more better way.The two days workshop was fruitful as all the teachers found it to be a guide to CVP.
