    The term “Health” refers to the body’s natural & healthy state.It is a wonderful source of calm & joy. A healthy state of mind & physically fit body are considered to be free of disorder,illness or disease.Cleaniness,adequate waste water disposal & safe drinking water supply are all examples of ‘Hygiene’.It practises to help avoid diseases & promote good health.It encompasses all the activities aimed at enhancing ,preserving & maintaining excellent health.All the children of std II & III had brought sprouted seeds,fruits,salads for short-break & enjoyed the day with friends.

    Chinmaya Vidyalaya, observed Hindi Saptah from September 9 to 14, 2024. This week-long celebration provided a platform for students from primary to high school to showcase their talents. Daily Events Each day, students enthusiastically participated in various events, including: - Singing songs - Delivering speeches on the importance of Hindi language - Reciting dohas and vachans - Presenting pahiliyas(riddles) - Reciting poems and more On September 14, Hindi Day was celebrated in the presence of our principal. The program commenced with a Ganesh Vandana, followed by students speaking about the significance of Hindi language. The event also featured captivating dance and song performances centered around Hindi language.Certificates were distributed to the winners, acknowledging their outstanding performances. The success of Hindi Saptah was a collective effort, with all Hindi teachers contributing equally to make the event a grand success.

    The birthday of Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan also observed as Teachers Day,was celebrated by the teachers & faculty of Chinmaya Educational Institutions with great enthusiasm. Dr S T Nandibewoor,retired teacher Professor & scientist presided over the programme as the chief guest. Mrs Sharmeli Naidu was the MOC of the function .Mr Vinayak B K ,Proncipal of Chinmaya college welcomed the gathering .The programme began with an invocation song to Lord Ganesha.An informative visual presentation was displayed on the relationship between student & teacher since ancient times.The Chief guest DR S T Nandibewoor emphasized on the need for upgrading knowledge & urged the teachers to use of the resources & technology around us.The Chairman,Shri Girish Upadhyay spoke about the importance of physical,mental & spititual aspects involved in learning process.The programme ended with Shanthi Mantra followed by delicious lunch.
